At our Home on Harmont, we aim to redefine community and co-living. We are excited to have you join our established community and modern home consisting of quality, low drama, working professionals. Spacious and located in the heart of Glendale, this is the perfect place to call home.
This house features two separate living areas, two fully-equipped kitchens, 4 bathrooms, a sparkling pool, and a double-laundry suite.

🚙 Parking
Two cars will fit in the driveway. There is also plenty of street parking.
Parking is first come, first serve so there are no designated parking spots. However, please be courteous and considerate of other members when parking.
Do not block the driveway or other vehicles.
No RVs, trailers, or buses are allowed to be parked on the property. Vans are okay.
The garage is used for storage and is not available for parking. You may be asked on occasion to keep the driveway open so that the garage can be accessed.
We do not supply EV chargers. If you have an adapter and plan to charge your car during your stay, please let us know as there will be an additional fee.

🔒Door Codes / Locks
Your front door code and personal room door code are the SAME. This is for security purposes to prevent code-sharing. Please do not share your code with anyone, even your guests. Both doors lock automatically.
If your personal room door lock is running out of batteries (you will get an audible warning), please let the management team know via a maintenance request.
🗑Trash Information
We have 3 trash bins and 1 recycle bin in the gated area by the driveway. Bins must be moved to the curb by Sunday Evening and brought back in Monday evening. It is everyone’s responsibility so please do your part
Trash Pickup Day: Mondays
Pickup Instructions:
When the inside trash bags are full, please tie them closed and place them in the large trash and recycling bins behind the gate on the side of the driveway.
The bin tan bin is for recycling.
Large/bulk trash items should not be disposed of in this manner. If you do have large items to dispose of, please let the property manager know as Glendale has bulk trash pick-up every 5 weeks.
