As a real estate professional for the past 5 years working with almost exclusively real restate investors, Herman has developed a unique understanding of the Phoenix community and housing market. Being a Phoenix native and a former pastor, Herman spent much of his teen years and 20s working with homeless and underserved populations. He happened to also marry an incredible wife, Larissa, who has the same passion for taking care of people (she’s a nurse) and together, they’re finding new ways to give back to the community that raised them. As Real Estate investors with multiple successful properties, they get to make that impact in a very direct way they never thought they could before.
